基于SoLoMo的智慧社区服务模式研究

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,SoLoMo服务理念作为一种基于高效统筹社区用户多元化需求的智能社区服务模型被提出并应用于智慧社区的建设过程当中。结合我国未来社区发展建设的目标来看,SoLoMo服务理念不仅在满足用户们多元需求方面具有积极作用,而且在改善和提升用户生活质量与构建智慧社区方面同样如此。在此背景下,本文以信息技术相关概念与SoLoMo理论为基础,重点结合智慧社区服务的三大特征,并以此为蓝本搭建社区服务平台的三大创新服务,最后提出了基于SoLoMo理念的社区便民服务推进策略。SoLoMo的智慧社区服务建设能够有效地助力于城市的发展,为今后建设智慧城市提供一定的参考价值。With the development of information technology,SoLoMo service concept,as an intelligent community service model based on the efficient coordination of diverse needs of community users,has been proposed and applied to the construction process of intelligent communities.In combination with the goal of community development and construction in the future,SoLoMo service concept not only plays a positive role in meeting the diverse needs of users,but also in improving and improving the quality of life of users and building smart communities.In this context,based on the concepts related to information technology and SoLoMo theory,this paper focuses on combining the three characteristics of smart community services,and builds a community service platform based on these three innovative services.Finally,this paper proposes a community convenience service promotion strategy based on SoLoMo concept.SoLoMo's smart community service construction can effectively help the development of the city and provide a certain reference value for the future construction of smart city.
