摘　　要：目的分析创面负压治疗技术(NPWT)对减少Ⅲ~Ⅳ度褥疮患者创面感染的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2021年1月本院收治的50例Ⅲ~Ⅳ度褥疮患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(25例,传统治疗)和观察组(25例,NPWT治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组的白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平低于对照组,胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的换药次数、病原菌总数少于对照组,细菌阳性率、创面感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论NPWT在Ⅲ~Ⅳ度褥疮患者中的治疗效果显著,可减少创面感染,促进患者恢复,值得临床进一步推广和应用。Objective To analyze the effect of negative pressure wound therapy(NPWT)on reducing wound infection in patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree bedsore.Methods A total of 50 patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree bedsore admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(25 cases,traditional treatment)and observation group(25 cases,NPWT treatment)according to the random number table method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of dressing changes and the total number of pathogens in the observation were less than those in the control group,the positive rate of bacteria and the incidence of wound infection were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion NPWT in patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree bedsore has significant therapeutic effect,it can reduce wound infection and promote patients recovery,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical.
