右美托咪定在腹腔镜下子宫全切手术中的麻醉镇静效果与安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定在腹腔镜下子宫全切手术中的麻醉镇静效果与安全性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月在本院实施择期腹腔镜下子宫全切手术的70例患者为研究对象,依据入院编号的奇偶性将其分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组行传统麻醉,观察组在此基础上加用右美托咪定。比较两组的麻醉效果。结果麻醉诱导后5 min(T_(1))~手术结束后5 min(T_(4)),两组的生命体征及应激指标水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的变化幅度明显小于对照组。手术后1 d,观察组的炎症指标水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的麻醉不良反应总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的麻醉生效时间、自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间及拔管时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下子宫全切手术中,右美托咪定具备理想的麻醉镇静效果,可提升麻醉安全性。Objective To investigate the anesthesia and sedative effect and safety of dexmedetomidine in laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent elective laparoscopic total hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of the admission numbers,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional anesthesia,and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine on this basis.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results From 5 min after induction of anesthesia(T_(1))to 5 min after operation(T_(4)),there were significant differences in the vital signs and stress indicators levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and the change range in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group.At 1 d after operation,the level of inflammatory indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective time of anesthesia,recovery time of spontaneous respiration,awakening time and extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine has an ideal anesthesia and sedative effect in laparoscopic total hysterectomy,which can improve the safety of anesthesia.
