摘　　要：目的探究升血小板胶囊联合地塞米松对原发性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者调节性B细胞(Breg)、白细胞相关免疫球蛋白样受体-1(LAIR-1)、白细胞分化抗原4阳性白细胞分化抗原25阳性调节性T细胞(CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg)表达的影响。方法将86例原发性ITP患者随机分为对照组(地塞米松)和联合组(升血小板胶囊联合地塞米松),各43例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的血小板相关免疫球蛋白G(PAIgG)、血小板相关免疫球蛋白M(PAIgM)、LAIR-1水平低于对照组,血小板计数(PLT)、Breg、白细胞分化抗原40配体(CD40L)、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论升血小板胶囊联合地塞米松治疗原发性ITP的效果确切,可有效改善患者的血小板参数及Breg、LAIR-1、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg表达。Objective To explore the effects of rising platelet capsule combined with dexamethasone on the expression of regulatory B cells(Breg),leukocyte-associated Ig-like receptor-1(LAIR-1)and cluster of differentiation 4 positive cluster of differentiation 25 positive regulatory T cells(CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg)in patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP).Methods A total of 86 patients with primary ITP were randomly divided into control group(dexamethasone)and combination group(raising platelet capsule combined with dexamethasone),with 43 cases in each group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the platelet-associated immunoglobulin G(PAIgG),platelet-associated immunoglobulin M(PAIgM)and LAIR-1 level in the combined group were lower than those in the control group,and the platelet(PLT),Breg,cluster of differentiation 40 ligand(CD40L)and CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Raising platelet capsule combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of primary ITP is effective,it can effectively improve the platelet parameters and the expression of Breg,LAIR-1 and CD4^(+)CD25^(+)Treg in patients.
