摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(ERAS)护理模式在行保膝手术治疗的膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的98例行保膝手术治疗的KOA患者分为对照组(49例,常规围术期护理)和观察组(49例,ERAS护理模式)。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平及Lequesne评分、并发症总发生率低于对照组,美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS)评分、膝关节活动度及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ERAS护理模式应用于行保膝手术治疗的KOA患者中可降低炎症因子水平及并发症发生率,改善膝关节功能,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing mode in knee osteoarthritis(KOA)patients undergoing knee-preserving surgery.Methods A total of 98 KOA patients treated by knee-preserving surgery in our hospital were divided into control group(49 cases,routine perioperative nursing)and observation group(49 cases,ERAS nursing mode).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of substance P(SP),neuropeptide Y(NPY),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Lequesne score and total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Score(HSS)score,knee joint mobility and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing mode applied in KOA patients undergoing knee-preserving surgery can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications,ameliorate the knee joint function,and improve the nursing satisfaction.
