摘  要:为了实现心音信号的高精度采集、实时输出心率参数,设计基于中医闻诊的智能听诊器心音信号采集系统。通过心音传感器采集微弱心音信号后将其传送至音频模块,利用信号放大电路与高、低通滤波电路放大心音信号,通过核心主控芯片TMS320VC5509A扩展外部存储器,并保存放大的心音信号。通过SD模块向上位机发送数据处理指令,数据处理模块通过局部自适应小波阈值函数模型收缩降噪处理心音信号,利用心音信号分析模块分析心音信号所需时域特征参数。通过单自由度模型提取心音包络获取高准确性的心音特征参数,并投放在LCD模块,通过USB模块直接与上位机交互,并在触摸屏模块构建人机接口界面供用户使用。实验结果表明:该系统所采集的心音信号波形特征最明显、波形最完整,且心音信号采集效率高、输出心率参数平均误差低。In order to achieve high-precision collection of heart sound signals and real-time output of heart rate parameters,a smart stethoscope heart sound signal collection system based on Chinese medicine auscultation is designed.The weak heart sound signal is collected by the heart sound sensor and transmitted to the audio module.The signal amplification circuit and high and low pass filter circuit are used to amplify the heart sound signal.The external memory is expanded and the amplified heart sound signal is saved by TMS320VC5509A,and the data processing instruction is sent to the upper computer through SD module.The data processing module transmits the data processing instruction to the upper computer through the local adaptive wavelet threshold function.The model contracts and noise reduction to process heart sound signal.The time domain characteristic parameters of heart sound signal are analyzed by the heart sound signal analysis module.The heart sound envelope is extracted by single degree of freedom model to obtain high accuracy heart sound characteristic parameters,and put into LCD module.The USB module directly interacts with the upper computer and constructs the human-computer interface in the touch screen module for users.The experimental results show that the waveform characteristics of the heart sound signal collected by the system are the most obvious,the waveform is the most complete,and the heart sound signal acquisition efficiency is high and the average error accuracy of the output heart rate parameter is low.
