下肢血栓性浅静脉炎采用丹参川芎嗪注射液结合低分子肝素治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究丹参川芎嗪注射液结合低分子肝素对下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者下肢症状的影响。方法 选取2019年12月—2021年12月郑州人民医院接受治疗的下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者80例,采用随机数字表法进行对等分组,对照组(n=40)单独采用低分子肝素治疗,研究组(n=40)则采用丹参川芎嗪注射液与低分子肝素结合治疗,治疗2周后,对比两组患者的疾病总疗效、下肢症状评分、D-二聚体(D-D)以及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,研究组患者总有效率97.50%,与对照组的80.00%比较明显增高,P<0.05;治疗前,两组各项下肢症状评分对比均无明显差异,P>0.05;而治疗后,两组患者的患肢肤色、肿胀程度、疼痛以及条索状或结节评分较治疗前均明显下降,且研究组各项评分均明显低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,对比两组D-D水平与血浆黏度均无明显差异,P>0.05;而治疗后,两组D-D水平与血浆黏度与治疗前相比均明显降低,且研究组各项指标均低于对照组,P<0.05;研究组的不良反应发生率(12.50%)与对照组(10.00%)比较无明显差异,P>0.05。结论 丹参川芎嗪注射液与低分子肝素结合治疗下肢血栓性浅静脉炎疗效显著,可有效改善患者的下肢症状,且安全性较高,值得推广。Objective To study the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection combined with low molecular weight heparin on lower extremity symptoms in patients with superficial thrombophlebitis of lower extremity.Methods A total of 80 patients with superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs treated in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into equal groups by random number table method.The control group(n=40) was treated with LMWH alone,and the research group(n=40) was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection combined with LMWH.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total disease efficacy,lower extremity symptom score,D-dimer(D-D) and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%),P<0.05;Before treatment,there were no significant differences in lower limb symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the skin color,swelling degree,pain and cord-like or nodular rating of the affected limb in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before treatment,and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in D-D level and plasma viscosity between the two groups,P>0.05;After treatment,the d-D level and plasma viscosity in both groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;The total rate of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.50%,which was not significantly different from the 10.00% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine injection combined with low molecular weight heparin has significant efficacy in the treatment of superficial thrombophlebitis of lower limbs,and can effectively improve the symptoms of lower limbs,with high safety and worthy of promotion.
