中医辨证联合穴位贴敷对小儿肺炎疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析小儿肺炎应用中医分期辨证结合穴位贴敷的疗效。方法 选取2019年1月—2021年2月漯河市第三人民医院收治的肺炎患儿190例,根据治疗方式不同分为研究组100例和对照组90例,对照组实施常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上根据中医辨证结合穴位贴敷治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果 研究组治疗后中医症候总分(10.45±2.37)分,显著低于对照组的(15.69±3.24)分,两组治疗后主要、次要症状评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组退热、消咳、平喘、肺部湿啰音消失及住院时间分别为(2.76±0.48)d、(5.98±1.56)d、(2.45±0.89)d、(5.27±1.58)d及(6.04±1.69)d,均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为95.00%,对照组有效率84.44%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证结合外治疗法应用于小儿肺炎治疗,可有效减轻患儿症状,缩短症状消失时间,减轻患儿炎性反应,临床效果显著,可推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of TCM staging and dialectic combined with acupoint application in children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 190 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were divided into the study group(100 cases) and the control group(90 cases) according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the study group was(10.45±2.37),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(15.69±3.24).There was a significant difference in the scores of primary and secondary symptoms between the two groups(P<0.05).The antipyretic,antitussive,antiasthmatic,disappearance of pulmonary moist [(2.76±0.48)d,(5.98±1.56)d,(2.45±0.89)d,(5.27±1.58)d,(6.04±1.69)d] rales and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.00% in the study group and 84.44% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with external treatment in the treatment of children with pneumonia can effectively reduce the symptoms of children,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction of children,the clinical effect is significant,and can be popularized and applied.
