摘　　要：目的 探讨西多福韦注射液治疗重症腺病毒肺炎的有效性及安全性,为临床提供正确的用药参考。方法 临床药师参与1例重症腺病毒肺炎患者的治疗过程,通过药物选择、剂量调整、不良反应的关注等对患者提供全面的药学监护。结果 在医师与临床药师协作下,患者病情控制良好,使用3次西多福韦抗腺病毒治疗后,支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF)腺病毒核酸检测转为阴性,病灶明显吸收好转。结论 本例重症腺病毒肺炎患者使用西多福韦治疗获得了很好的疗效。临床药师参与临床治疗,解决药学相关的问题,并通过查阅相关文献提出专业的药学分析及合理建议,优化患者的用药方案,促进临床合理用药。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of cidofovir injection in the treatment of severe adenovirus pneumonia,and to provide references of the correct selection of drugs.Methods The clinical pharmacist actively participated in the treatment of one patient with severe adenovirus pneumonia.To provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for the patient with drug selection,dosage adjustment,adverse reactions attention and so on.Results The physicians adopted the suggestions of the clinical pharmacist.The patient with severe adenovirus pneumonia had very good control of the disease.Removal of ECMO on the 14 th day of admission.After three times of anti-adenoviral therapy with cidofovir,the adenovirus nucleic acid detection in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of the patient turned into negative,and the lesions were obviously absorbed and improved.Conclusion In this case,patients with severe adenovirus pneumonia were treated with cidofovir and achieved good results.The involvement of pharmacists in the clinical practice can identify and solve drug related problems,through the literature review,the clinical pharmacists could provide professional analyses and reasonable advices to optimize the medication program of patients,and promote clinical rational drug use.
