摘  要:为了研究黄腐酸(FA)对酒精所致胃溃疡小鼠胃蛋白活力的影响,选取产自黑龙江宝清(BQ)、云南弥勒(ML)和云南建水(JS)3地的褐煤为原料,提取制备实验用黄腐酸样品(BQ-FA、ML-FA、JS-FA),建立酒精致小鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,检测各组小鼠胃组织中胃蛋白酶活力。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,模型组中胃蛋白酶活力显著增强(P<0.01);与模型组相比,3个给药组中胃蛋白酶活力均有所下降,其中BQ-FA和ML-FA给药组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。综上,从黑龙江宝清、云南弥勒和建水3地褐煤中提取的黄腐酸可有效降低酒精所致的胃溃疡小鼠胃组织中胃蛋白酶活力,其中BQ-FA和ML-FA效果较好。本实验说明黄腐酸对酒精型胃黏膜损伤的保护作用可能与降低胃蛋白酶活力有关。To research the effect of fulvic acid(FA)on the pepsin activity using the mice gastric ulcer model made by alcohol,FAs were extracted from the lignite located in Baoqing(Heilongjiang province),Mile(Yunnan province)and Jianshui(Yunnan province),respectively,and labeled as BQ-FA,ML-FA and JS-FA.The alcohol-induced gastric mucosal damage in mice model were established,The activity of pepsin in gastric tissue of mice in each group were detected.The results showed that compared with the blank group,the activity of pepsin in model group significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the model group,significant difference was observed in BQ-FA treated group and ML-FA treated group,respectively(P<0.05),indicating that the activity of pepsin in all three experimental groups decreased.BQ-FA,ML-FA,JS-FA could inhibit the activity of pepsin in the mouse gastric ulcer model made by alcohol,and the effects of BQ-FA and ML-FA were better than that of JS-FA.Therefore,the protective effect of FA on alcoholic gastric mucosal damage may had relationship with the of decrease pepsin activity.
