摘 要:为了研究提取腐植酸后产生的腐植酸肥料副产品(残渣)对小麦幼苗生长的影响,以品种为“济麦22”的小麦种子做试验材料,开展小麦幼苗水培试验,通过对小麦幼苗苗高、主根长、主根粗、鲜重及干重等指标测定分析,研究对小麦幼苗水培效果的影响。结果表明:腐植酸肥料副产品在提高小麦幼苗苗高、促进小麦幼苗主根长等方面具有良好的效果。其中,在苗高方面,腐植酸肥料副产品相较于对照提升率达到40%以上,最高能够达到65.92%;而在主根长方面,腐植酸肥料副产品相较于对照提升率达到140%以上,最高能够达到185.47%。In order to know the effects of humic acid fertilizer by-product(residue)on the growth of wheat seedlings,the the hydroponic experiment conducted with wheat seeds of“Jimai 22”.The indexes of seedling height,taproot length,taproot diameter,fresh weight and dry weight were tested to find the influence on the hydroponic effect of wheat seedlings.The results showed that the humic acid fertilizer by-product had positive effects on promoting seedling height and taproot length of wheat seedlings.Compared with control,seedling height increased more than 40%,and the highest rate reached 65.92%.Taproot length increased more than 140%,and the highest rate was reached 185.47%as well.
