碳密封涂覆G.652.D光纤抗氢损性能试验研究

摘  要:光纤传感技术已广泛应用于石油天然气测井的分布式温度传感。石油气田井下环境恶劣,属于高温高压且氢含量较高的环境,因此对传感用光纤的抗氢损性能要求较高。初步研究了在石油气田等领域具有应用潜质的国产自制150℃耐温等级的碳密封涂覆G.652.D光纤(涂碳光纤)的抗氢损性能,通过对比相同耐温等级的未经碳密封涂覆处理的G.652.D光纤(非涂碳光纤),两者在1.2 MPa、108 h相同载氢老化试验条件下的附加损耗存在显著差异,未涂碳光纤在1240 nm波长下的损耗增加至6.5 dB/km,而涂碳光纤样品在1000~1600 nm波段内的损耗水平与载氢前未见明显差异,表明上述经过碳密封涂覆处理的光纤具有良好的抗氢损能力。Optical fiber sensing technology has been widely used in distributed temperature sensing in oil and gas logging.The downhole environment of oil and gas fields is harsh,which is characterized by high temperature,high pressure and high hydrogen content.The hydrogen resistant performance of homemade 150℃carbon coated G.652.D fiber,with potential application in oil and gas fields,was preliminarily studied.By comparing the non-carbon coated G.652.D fiber,a significant advance on the low additional loss of carbon coated G.652.D fiber,being of the same temperature resistance level of both two specimens,could be observed under the same hydrogen-loading aging test conditions of 1.2 MPa and 108 h.The loss of the non-carbon coated fiber increases up to 6.5 dB/km at 1240 nm,while there is less significant difference in the loss level of the carbon coated fiber at the wavelength of 1000~1600 nm.It shows that the fiber being processed with carbon coating has good hydrogen resistant performance.
