摘  要:随着“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的提出,风力发电技术发展迅速。为了顺应风电平价上网要求,研发了自重轻、制造成本低、施工方便的风机塔筒用铝合金芯橡套电缆。通过实验室试验检测,研究了铝合金材料的压蠕变性能、铝合金导体与铜铝过渡端子压接的电气性能。通过实际现场应用数据检测,研究了应用现场的铝合金缆及接头处温升、风机电流。研究结果表明,风机塔筒用铝合金缆上述性能均良好且稳定,完全可以替代风机塔筒用铜缆应用于风电领域。With the proposal of the goal of“carbon peak and carbon neutralization”,wind power generation technology has developed rapidly.In order to meet the requirement of wind power grid parity,an aluminum alloy core rubber-sheathed cable for wind turbine tower with light weight,low manufacturing cost and convenient construction is developed.Through laboratory tests,the compressive creep properties of aluminum alloy material and the electrical properties of crimping between aluminum alloy conductor and copper aluminum transition terminal are studied.Through the actual field application data detection,the temperature rise of aluminum alloy cable and joint and the current of wind turbines are studied.The results show that the above properties of aluminum alloy cable for wind turbine tower are good and stable,and the aluminum alloy cable can completely replace the copper cable for wind turbine tower in the field of wind power.
