摘 要:光声成像(photoacoustic imaging,PAI)是近30年来迅速发展起来的一项新兴技术,同时综合了超声的高分辨率和光学成像的高对比度,是以超声作为媒介的功能性光学成像方法。光声成像技术已被认为是一种潜在的医学工具,其研究成果在临床医学各领域不断扩展。本文对比传统诊断方法与光声成像诊断的优劣,总结了光声成像的分类,对光声成像在口腔各领域的研究现状、应用潜力及面临的挑战做出综述。Being a new technology that has been developing rapidly in recent 30 years,photoacoustic imaging(PAI),integrating the high resolution of ultrasound and the high contrast of optical imaging,is a functional optical imaging method relying on ultrasound as a medium. Having been considered as a potential medical tool,PAI has been used in breast imaging,dermatology imaging,vascular imaging,carotid imaging,musculoskeletal imaging,gastrointestinal imaging and adipose tissue imaging. In this paper,the research status and application progress of photoacoustic imaging in various fields of oral cavity were summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of traditional methods and photoacoustic imaging were compared and the application potential and challenges of photoacoustic imaging in oral cavity were discussed.
