摘　　要：2022年6月17日,工信部在其官网公布了《重型商用车辆燃料消耗量限值》(征求意见稿)。这是继2012年、2014年和2019年之后的第4次修订该标准。较2019年版本,本次标准(第四阶段)对各类重型商用车辆的燃料消耗量限制更加严格,分别下调了12%~16%不等,目标是到2025年我国商用车燃料消耗量达到国际领先水平。该标准对于新申请型式批准的车型,自2024年7月1日起实施;对于已获得型式批准的车型,则自2026年7月1日起实施。On June 17,2022,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Fuel Consumption Limits for Heavy Commercial Vehicles(Draft for Comments)on its official website.In general,this standard(the fourth phase)has tightened the fuel consumption limits for all types of vehicles,ranging from 12%to 16%higher than the previous version.This paper talks about the thinking on the standard from the aspects of implementation of the standard,optimization of power allocation and driver training。
