摘  要:上海长江隧道采用的盾构机为大型泥水平衡盾构机。考虑到同步施工,需要盾构机后方连有3节车架,车架之间设置联系钢梁进行管片、浆筒、预制构件等材料的运输。针对上海长江隧道工程浦东、长兴岛2座盾构工作井与暗埋段同步施工、底板有高差、平面尺寸有变化的特殊情况,分析了盾构机进洞等一系列工艺要求、围护与支撑结构的优化设计,介绍了技术先进、节约工程投资、缩短工期的设计特点,可为类似工程提供参考。The shield machine used in Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel was a large slurry shield machine. Considering the synchronous construction, three frames were required behind the shield head, and steel beams were set between the frames to transport the segments, slurry silos and prefabricated components. With regard to the special situation of different bottom slab elevation and dimension of work shafts and cut and cover sections in Pudong and on Changxing Island respectively, a series of technical requirements of shield launch were introduced;and the design of shaft retaining and support structure was optimized for the synchronous construction. The design was technically advanced, not only saving the investment but also shortening the construction period, which would be useful reference for similar projects.
