摘　　要：学术期刊编辑是实现世界一流学术期刊建设和培育目标的核心要素和中坚力量。积极情绪的发挥有助于优化编辑与作者、审稿人间的关系,吸引优质稿源,提升学术期刊竞争力。因此,学术期刊编辑重视积极情绪的培养,努力发挥积极情绪的作用,坚守学术出版初心,以高水平学术期刊办刊为目标,提升使命感和责任感,有助于达到深化改革培育具有核心竞争力和国际影响力一流学术期刊的目的,助力我国学术期刊强国梦的实现。Editors of academic journals are the core elements and backbone to achieve the goal of building and cultivating world-class academic journals.The exertion of positive emotions will help optimize the relationship between editors,authors and reviewers,attract high-quality manuscript sources and enhance the competitiveness of academic journals.Therefore,the editors of academic journals attach importance to the cultivation of positive emotions,make efforts to play the role of positive emotions,stick to the original intention of academic publishing,take the running of high-level academic journals as the goal,enhance the sense of mission and responsibility,which is helpful to achieve the goal of deepening the reform and cultivating first-class academic journals with core competitiveness and international influence,and to realize the dream of turning China into a powerful country of academic journals.
