多重因素下纺织服装产业发债能力分析

摘　　要：纺织服装是中国国民经济的传统支柱产业和重要的民生产业,在满足国内消费需求、扩大就业、解决“三农”问题、平衡外汇收支等方面发挥了重要作用。同时,中国纺织服装业在国际市场上有着较强的比较优势,也是在国际上取得竞争优势的行业之一。中国纺织服装产业的发展直接关系到社会的稳定以及经济的可持续发展。文章将从纺织服装行业整体发行债券情况进行分析,发现纺织行业以民营企业为主,多为内销企业,外销占比较高的主体多为成品出口,且大部分已在海外建立工厂。研究认为发债企业无论在规模上,还是在抗风险能力上都优于行业内其他企业,行业下行因素对发债企业的影响较小。Textile and garment is a traditional pillar industry of China's national economy and an important industry of people's livelihood.It plays an important role in meeting domestic consumption demand,expanding employment,solving the problems of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and balancing foreign exchange payments.At the same time,China's textile and clothing industry has a strong comparative advantage in the international market,and is also one of the industries that has achieved competitive advantages in the world.The development of China's textile and garment industry is directly related to social stability and sustainable economic development.This paper will analyze the overall situation of bond issuance in the textile and apparel industry.It is found that the textile industry is dominated by private enterprises,most of which are domestic enterprises,and most of which are finished products export,and most of which have established factories overseas.This paper draws the following conclusion that bond issuing enterprises are superior to other enterprises in the industry in terms of both scale and anti-risk ability,and the industry downward factors have little impact on bond issuing enterprises.
