摘　　要：亳州市是安徽小麦主产地市之一,其小麦产业的可持续高质量发展对安徽省经济发展具有极其重要的作用。本文以2017—2021年安徽省统计局统计年鉴和亳州市优质小麦秋种计划为数据来源,通过对亳州市面粉加工厂和小麦相关产业进行实地调研,总结了亳州市优质小麦生产现状和存在的问题,并从优质小麦的栽培措施、品种类型、面粉企业、订单农业以及产业链契合等方面提出了发展对策,以期为亳州市优质小麦产业的高产高质高效发展提供参考。Bozhou is one of the major wheat producing cities in Anhui Province.The sustainable and high quality development of its wheat industry plays an extremely important role in the economic development of Anhui Province.Based on the statistical yearbook of Anhui Provincial Bureau of Statistics from 2017 to 2021 and Bozhou high quality wheat autumn cropping plan,this paper summarized the production status and existing problems of high quality wheat production in Bozhou City through field research on Bozhou flour processing plants and wheat related industries,and put forward development countermeasures from the aspects of high quality wheat cultivation measures,variety types,flour enterprises,order agriculture and industrial chain fit,so as to provide reference for the development of high yield,high quality and high efficiency of high quality wheat industry in Bozhou City.
