摘 要:为了研究饲料添加红枣提取物对锦鲤生长和非特异性免疫能力的影响,将大小相近的健康锦鲤随机分成4组,分别投喂红枣提取物含量为0(对照组)、0.25%、0.50%和1.00%的等氮等脂饲料,饲喂56 d后测定各组的生长指标和肝胰脏、脾脏的生化指标。结果表明,肥满度、增重率、特定生长率等生长相关指标3个红枣提取物添加组均与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,3个红枣提取物添加组锦鲤肝胰脏和脾脏酸性磷酸酶活性、碱性磷酸酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性和总抗氧化能力大多提高,丙二醛含量均下降。肝胰脏酸性磷酸酶活性在0.25%组和0.50%组显著提高(P<0.05);肝胰脏总抗氧化能力0.25%组和1.00%组提高显著(P<0.05);0.50%组肝胰脏和脾脏丙二醛含量均下降显著(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料添加红枣提取物对锦鲤生长虽然无显著促进作用,但是其适量添加能够显著提高机体内脏器官的酸性磷酸酶活性和抗氧化能力,增强机体的非特异性免疫功能。In order to study the effect of adding jujube extract to feed on growth and nonspecific immunity of orna-mental carp,the healthy ornamental carp of similar size were randomly divided into four groups and fed by equal nitrogen and fat feed containing 0(control group),0.25%,0.50%and 1.00%jujube extract,respectively.After 56 days of feeding,growth indexes and biochemical indexes of hepatopancreas and spleen were measured.The results showed that there was no significant difference in growth indexes of fatness,weight gain and specific growth rate between the three groups with the addition of jujube extract and the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),catalase(CAT)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)of hepatopancreas and spleen in ornamental carps of the three jujube extract addition groups mostly increased,and malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased.ACP activity of hepatopancreas significantly increased in the 0.25%and 0.50%groups(P<0.05).The T-AOC of hepatopancreas increased significantly in the 0.25%and 1.00%groups(P<0.05).The MDA content in hepatopancreas and spleen decreased significantly in the 0.50%group(P<0.05).The study showed that adding jujube extract to feed had no significant promotion effect on growth of ornamental carp,but the appropriate amount of jujube extract addition could significantly improve the ACP activity and antioxidant capacity of internal organs,enhance the non-specific immune function of the body.
