江苏地区城市韧性水平空间差异与收敛性研究

摘　　要：运用熵值法对2009—2018年江苏地区城市韧性水平进行综合测算,并利用α和β收敛法对其空间敛散性进行研究发现,江苏地区整体韧性水平呈波动上升态势,空间差异明显,呈现苏南>苏中>苏北、南高北低的趋势。城市经济韧性水平呈现出南高北低的格局,城市社会韧性水平区域发展不协调,苏南远高于苏北和苏中;城市生态环境韧性水平总体偏低,由南向北递减;城市基础设施韧性处于中度韧性水平,也呈现南部高北部低的态势。江苏地区城市韧性水平呈现出α收敛,苏南较苏北、苏中更明显,苏南、苏中、苏北城市韧性水平表现出β收敛,城市韧性水平的空间差异有所减弱。The entropy method was used to comprehensively calculate the resilience level of cities in Jiangsu from 2009 to 2018,and the convergence method ofαandβwas used to explore its spatial convergence.It was found that the overall resilience level of Jiangsu showed an increasing trend of fluctuation,with obvious spatial differences,showing the south Jiangsu>Middle Jiangsu>North Jiangsu,with a trend of high in the south and low in the north.The level of urban economic resilience is higher in the south than in the north,and the level of urban social resilience is not coordinated in the regions.The level of urban social resilience in southern Jiangsu is much higher than that in northern Jiangsu and Middle Jiangsu.The resilience level of urban ecological environment is generally low,showing a decreasing trend from south to north.The resilience of urban infrastructure is at a moderate level,showing a trend of high resilience in the south and low resilience in the north.The resilience level of cities in Jiangsu showedαconvergence,which was more obvious in southern Jiangsu than in northern Jiangsu and central Jiangsu.The resilience level of cities in southern Jiangsu,central Jiangsu,and Northern Jiangsu showedβconvergence,and the spatial difference of urban resilience level was weakened.
