摘 要:随着高层和超高层建筑的不断增多,钻孔灌注桩在高层、超高层的建筑物和重型构筑物中被广泛应用,桩长和桩径也在不断增大,大直径超长灌注桩的应用越来越广泛。但是,超长群桩由于侧壁摩阻的影响,与桩土之间的相互作用情况比较复杂,使得超长桩的计算理论存在不足,在一定程度上影响了超长灌注桩施工的顺利进行。因此,对超长桩的计算理论展开研究就显得极为重要。文章以乌鲁木齐绕城高速(西线)工程头屯河互通连接线特大桥为例,对超长群桩侧壁摩阻影响的计算方法进行探讨,分析钻孔塌孔与缩径的原因并探讨对策,优化大直径超重钢筋下放及对接工艺,解决公路工程桥梁大直径超长群桩基础施工过程中遇到的难题,为今后的类似工程施工提供参考。With the increasing number of high-rise and super high-rise buildings,bored piles are widely used in highrise,super high-rise buildings and heavy structures.The pile length and diameter are also increasing,and the application of large-diameter and super-long bored piles is more and more extensive.However,due to the influence of sidewall friction,the interaction between super-long pile group and pile soil is complicated,which makes the calculation theory of super-long piles insufficient,and affects the smooth construction of super-long bored piles to a certain extent.Therefore,it is very important to study the calculation theory of super-long piles.Taking Toutun River Interconnecting Line Bridge on Urumqi Ring Expressway(West Line)Project as an example,this paper discusses the calculation method of the influence of sidewall friction of super-long pile group,analyzes the causes of hole collapse and diameter reduction and discusses the countermeasures,optimizes the laying down and docking technology of large-diameter and super-heavy steel bars,solves the problems encountered in the large-diameter and super-long pile group foundation construction for highway engineering bridges,and provides references for similar engineering construction in the future.
