摘 要:预制叠合梁是装配整体式框架类结构主体的重要组成部分,其设计、生产和施工环节都需要严格把控。文章结合笔者在实际项目中的经验,以优化装配式混凝土结构体系中预制梁配筋为切入点,着重分析预制梁配筋优化在设计指标、标准化水平和效率提升方面的意义,论述结构计算、空间位置关系、节点锚固方式及建筑信息模型融合方面的优化要点,着眼于细节,以提升项目各阶段的易建性。Precast composite beam is an important part of the main body of prefabricated integral frame structure, whose design, production and construction need to be strictly controlled. Based on author’s experience in practical projects,this paper takes the optimization of precast beam reinforcement in prefabricated concrete structure system as the breakthrough point, focuses on the analysis of the significance of precast beam reinforcement optimization in design index, standardization level and efficiency improvement,and discusses the optimization points of structural calculation, spatial location relationship, node anchoring mode and building information model fusion, focusing on details, in order to improve the ease of construction in each stage of the project.
