摘  要:对某凹底平车车辆大小底架强度进行评估,详细介绍了工况设置的依据及模型加载和约束方法,对应力集中区域进行了相应的结构改进,改进后的结构满足强度要求.同时对大小底架的低阶模态频率及振型进行了识别,未出现自振频率耦合的现象.The strength of the underframe of a depressed center flat car is evaluated by the finite element method,the basis of working condition setting and the method of model loading and constraint are introduced in detail,the structure of the stress concentration area is improved,and the improved structure meets the strength requirements.At the same time,the low-order modal frequencies and modes are identified without the phenomenon of the self-vibration frequency coupling occuring in the low frequency band.
