摘 要:为了优化HXD2型机车重载牵引坡启黏着控制软件,通过典型的坡道启动失败的试验数据分析,发现现有黏着控制算法缺陷,即坡启失败的原因误判为同步冲击空转.从软件算法上增加同步冲动识别策略、转矩调整策略优化、低速区加速度阈值优化等方面提高机车启动阶段黏着性利用率.在半实物仿真平台对优化后的软件进行验证,在兰渝线坡道实现机车正常坡启,证明软件优化后提高了机车牵引坡启黏着利用率.In order to optimize HXD2 locomotive heavy load traction slope start-up and adhesion control software,it is concluded that the failure of slope start-up caused by synchronous impact and idling is misjudged due to the defect of existing adhesion control algorithm through the analysis of typical ramp start-up failure test data.Therefore,it is proposed to increase the utilization ratio of adhesion in the start-up of locomotive from the aspects of the identification strategy of synchronous impulse,the optimization of torque adjustment strategy and the optimization of acceleration threshold in the low-speed zone.The optimized software is verified on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform and used in the ramp start test of lan-yu line to realize the normal ramp start.
