宁心宝胶囊联合盐酸胺碘酮片治疗室性心律失常患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察宁心宝胶囊联合盐酸胺碘酮片治疗室性心律失常患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年9月至2020年9月该院收治的210例室性心律失常患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各105例。对照组采用胺碘酮治疗,观察组采用宁心宝胶囊联合胺碘酮治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清炎性因子[白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、动态心电图指标(QRS波时限、室性早搏、短阵室速)水平,以及治疗总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组IL-17、TNF-α、ET-1、hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组QRS波时限均短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,两组室性早搏、短阵室速水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为92.38%,高于对照组的82.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为3.81%,对照组不良反应发生率为7.62%,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宁心宝胶囊联合盐酸胺碘酮片治疗室性心律失常患者可降低血清炎性因子和动态心电图指标水平,提高治疗总有效率,优于单纯胺碘酮治疗效果。Objective:To observe effects of Ningxinbao capsules combined with Amiodarone hydrochloride tablets in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:The clinical data of 210 patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to September 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,105 cases in each.The control group was treated with Amiodarone,while the observation group was treated with Ningxinbao capsules combined with Amiodarone.The levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-17(IL-17),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),endothelin-1(ET-1),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)],the dynamic electrocardiogram index levels(QRS wave duration,ventricular premature beat,paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia),the total effective rate of treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the levels of IL-17,TNF-α,ET-1 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of QRS wave duration in the two groups was shorter than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the ventricular premature beat and paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.38%,which was higher than 82.86%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.81%in the observation group and 7.62%in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ningxinbao cap
