丹参川芎嗪穴位注射联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察丹参川芎嗪穴位注射联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2020年7月该院收治的85例DPN患者进行前瞻性研究,以随机数字表法将其分为研究组42例和对照组43例。对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合丹参川芎嗪穴位注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素(IL)-6和IL-8水平,以及周围神经传导速度[正中神经和腓总神经运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)]。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为88.10%(37/42),高于对照组的67.44%(29/43),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组MDA、L-6、IL-8水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组SOD水平均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组正中神经和腓总神经MNCV、SNCV均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪穴位注射联合甲钴胺治疗DPN患者可提高治疗总有效率、SOD水平和周围神经传导速度,降低MDA、L-6和IL-8水平,效果优于单纯甲钴胺治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Danshen ligustrazine acupoint injection combined with Mecobalamin in treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 85 DPN patients admitted to the hospital from February 2017 to July 2020.They were divided into study group(42 cases)and control group(43 cases)by using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Mecobalamin,while the study group was treated with Danshen ligustrazine acupoint injection on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8,and the peripheral nerve conduction velocities[median nerve and common peroneal nerve motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)]were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 88.10%(37/42),which was higher than 67.44%(29/43)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of MDA,L-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the levels of SOD in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the MNCV and SNCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Danshen ligustrazine acupoint injection combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of the DPN patients can improve the total effective rate,the SOD level and the peripheral nerve conduction velocities,and reduce the levels of MDA,L-6 and IL-8.Moreover,it is superior to single Mecobalamin treatment.
