产后盆底康复护理在自然分娩产妇产后恢复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察产后盆底康复护理在自然分娩产妇产后恢复中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月该院接收的180例自然分娩产妇进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各90例。对照组产后采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取产后盆底康复护理,护理3个月后,比较两组盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率、护理前后盆底肌功能指标水平,随访12个月时的性生活质量[女性性功能指数量表(FSFI)]评分和护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率为5.55%,低于对照组的16.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阴道静息压和阴道收缩压均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,两组阴道收缩持续时间均长于护理前,且观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访12个月,观察组性欲、性交疼痛、性高潮、性唤起、阴道的润滑度和性生活的满意度等FSFI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采取产后盆底康复护理可提高自然分娩产妇产后FSFI评分和护理满意度,改善盆底肌功能指标水平,降低盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in postpartum recovery of puerperae with natural childbirth.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 180 puerperae who gave birth spontaneously in this hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing after childbirth,while the observation group received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing on the basis of that of the control group.After 3 months of nursing,the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease,the levels of pelvic floor muscle function indexes before and after the nursing,the 12-month follow-up quality of sexual life[female sexual function index(FSFI)]score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease in the observation group was 5.55%,which was lower than 16.66%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal resting pressure and the vaginal squeezing pressure in both groups were higher than those before the nursing,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;the duration of vaginal contraction in both groups was longer than that before the nursing,and that of the observation group was longer than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 12-month follow-up showed that the FSFI scores of sexual desire,sexual intercourse pain,orgasm,sexual arousal,vaginal lubrication and sexual life satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the control group of 86.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the rout
