摘 要:目的:观察导入式健康教育联合动机性访谈在消化内镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月至2021年4月于该院进行消化道内镜检查的96例患者进行前瞻性研究,按照掷硬币法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组实施动机性访谈,观察组实施导入式健康教育联合动机性访谈。比较两组知识掌握度,干预前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及护理满意度。结果:观察组消化内镜检查知识掌握度为93.75%(45/48),高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.92%(47/48),高于对照组的83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:导入式健康教育联合动机性访谈可提高消化内镜检查患者的知识掌握度和护理满意度,减轻其负性情绪。Objective:To observe application effects of leading-in health education combined with motivational interviewing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from May 2020 to April 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the coin tossing method,48 cases in each.The control group was given the motivational interviewing,while the observation group used the leading-in health education combined with motivational interviewing.The knowledge mastery,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The mastery degree of gastrointestinal endoscopy knowledge in the observation group was 93.75%(45/48),which was higher than 77.08%(37/48)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HAMA scores and the HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%(47/48),which was higher than 83.33%(40/48)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The leading-in health education combined with motivational interviewing can improve the knowledge mastery and the nursing satisfaction of the patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy,and reduce their negative emotions.
