摘 要:选取环境友好型抑制剂海藻酸钠(SA)和硅酸钠(SS)协同抑制镁合金粉尘和水的产氢反应,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和X射线衍射(XRD)对反应前后粉尘颗粒的特性进行表征,并从化学动力学及吸附模型方面讨论了二者协同抑制机理.结果表明:当3 g/L的SA和2 g/L的SS复合作用时,几乎没有氢气产生,反应速率常数几乎为0,二者可协同抑制镁合金粉尘与水的产氢反应;SA与Mg生成稳定的六齿螯合物,SS与Mg生成水合硅酸镁,二者在镁合金粉尘颗粒表面共同形成致密的保护膜,阻断产氢的反应途径,从而实现氢抑制.这为提高镁合金加工车间湿式除尘系统的本质安全设计提供一种新的方法.The hydrogen evolution reaction of magnesium alloy dust and water was inhibited by friendly inhibitors sodium alginate(SA)and sodium silicate(SS).The characteristics of the dust particles before and after the reaction were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The synergistic inhibition mechanism of the two was discussed from the aspects of chemical kinetics and adsorption model.The results show that the two can synergistically inhibit the hydrogen evolution reaction of magnesium alloy dust and water.When 3 g/L SA and 2 g/L SS are combined,almost no hydrogen is produced and the rate constant is almost 0.The two can synergistically inhibit the hydrogen evolution reaction between magnesium alloy dust and water.SA reacts with magnesium to form a stable hexadentate chelate,and SS reacts with magnesium to form hydrated magnesium silicate.The two together form a dense protective film on the surface of magnesium alloy dust particles to prevent dust from contacting water and eliminate reaction pathways.It achieves hydrogen suppression and provides a new way to improve the intrinsic safety design of the wet dust removal system.
