摘 要:原油在井筒内举升的过程中,由于温度、压力变化,溶解气不断析出,原油稳定性被破坏,导致原油中沥青质等固相沉积。固相大量沉积将会堵塞井筒,不仅影响原油高效生产,同时增加了原油开采成本。因此,研究一种高温高压流体固相沉积测试仪,概述其装置原理、技术参数、详细的系统装置构成,预测井筒堵塞位置,评估油井堵塞风险程度,从而提前制定井筒堵塞预治方案,提高油井开采效率。During the process of crude oil lifting in the wellbore,due to the change of temperature and pressure,dissolved gas is continuously separated,and the stability of crude oil is destroyed,resulting in the deposition of asphaltene and other solid phases in crude oil.A large amount of solid deposition will block the wellbore,which will not only affect the efficient production of crude oil,but also increase the cost of crude oil production.Therefore,studying a high-temperature and high-pressure fluid solid phase deposition tester,summarizing its device principle,technical parameters,and detailed system device composition can help predict the location of wellbore plugging,evaluate the risk degree of oil well plugging,so as to formulate the wellbore plugging prevention plan in advance,and improve the oil well production efficiency.
