摘　　要：通过对实时数据库软件PHD340中各类型DCS接口的研究与分析,详细阐述了数据采集过程中数据接口的配置与通讯原理,特别是生产装置中主流的DCS系统对数据采集技术的要求与特性,进一步优化了实时数据采集的稳定性、时效性、准确性与安全性。通过对数据的采集频率、存储性能、读取速度、降低负荷等针对性部署与优化,有效提高了对企业智能工厂、生产指挥、质量优化、日效益、日优化等关键信息系统的数据支撑作用,同时在数字化智能化时代,进一步加强数据的使用与集成工作,努力消除数据孤岛,建立统一标准的数据链。Through the research and analysis of various types of DCS interfaces in the real-time database software PHD340,the configuration and communication principles of the data interfaces in the data acquisition process are described in detail,especially the requirements and characteristics of the mainstream DCS systems in the production equipment for data acquisition technology,which further optimizes the stability,timeliness,accuracy and security of real-time data collection.Through the targeted deployment and optimization of data collection frequency,storage performance,reading speed,and load reduction,the data support role of key information systems such as enterprise smart factories,production command,quality optimization,daily efficiency,and daily optimization has been effectively improved.At the same time,in the era of digitalization and intelligence,further strengthen the use and integration of data,strive to eliminate data islands,and establish a unified standard data chain.
