摘　　要：从人才培养对于高校学报提升学术质量的重要性出发,研讨了学报人才培养对接毕业生就业见习的方式。通过编辑工作实践,按照人才的成长要经历引进、培育、成长、成熟的过程这一规律,结合文献资料查询与最新研究成果参考,以及与一线专业教师的合作调查,阐述了如何与教学相结合,从毕业生就业见习中发掘并培育编辑人才。认为学报只有把握好人才关,才能办出特色,在竞争中生存并凸显出来,实现可持续发展。Starting from the importance of talent cultivation to the improvement of academic quality of college journals,this paper discusses the way in which talent training of journals connects graduates with employment and traineeship.Incorporating editorial work practices,according to the law that the growth of talents needs to go through the process of introduction,cultivation,growth and maturity,combined with the literature query and the reference of the latest research results,as well as the cooperative investigation with the front-line professional teachers,it explains how to combine with teaching to discover and nurture editorial talent from graduate job placements.It believes that only by grasping the talent threshold can the journal develop its characteristics,survive and stand out in the competition,and achieve sustainable development.
