摘 要:多层包扎高压容器筒体由内筒和多层层板包扎组成,筒体在制造过程中,层板的包扎会在筒体产生预应力。为充分利用预应力,进而提高筒体制造的经济性,本文推导了考虑筒体预应力时,基于拉美公式和不同强度理论的内筒应力计算公式;提出了在考虑筒体预应力且内筒采用不同材料的情况下,以容器筒体材料成本最低为目标,以内筒厚度、层板层数以及层板厚度为变量的优化设计模型。以某高压换热器为例,内筒和层板材料均为Q345R时,优化后筒体相比原始筒体的材料成本减少28.8%;内筒改用304不锈钢和316不锈钢以提高防腐性能时,筒体材料成本分别减少17.3%和9.1%,所以优化设计方法可以较好地降低筒体的材料成本,即使内筒改用性能更好的高合金材料,筒体所需材料的总成本也有所降低。The cylinder of multilayer wrapped high pressure vessel is composed of inner shell and outer layers.During the manufacturing process of the cylinder,wrapping of the multilayer layers will produce prestress in the cylinder.In order to make full use of prestress and improve the economy of cylinder construction,this paper deduces the inner cylinder stress calculation formula based on Lame formula and different strength theory.And,considering the prestress of the cylinder and the use of different materials in the inner cylinder,an optimal design model is proposed to minimize the cost of the cylinder with the variables being the thickness of the inner shell,the number of layers and the thickness of layer.Taking a high-pressure heat exchanger as an example,the cost of the cylinder after optimization was reduced by 28.8%compared with the original cylinder when both the inner shell and out layers were Q345R.If,for anti-corrosion purpose,stainless steels S30408 and S31608 were used for the inner shell,the material cost of the cylinder would be decreased by 17.3%and 9.1%respectively.The optimization results show that this method can significantly reduce the material cost of the cylinder,even if the inner shell is changed to a better alloy material,the cost can still be reduced.
