摘 要:生活垃圾焚烧炉是我国生活垃圾无害化处置的主要设施。通过分析生活垃圾焚烧炉膛四周炉墙与炉排片方向的传热过程以及项目现场实测数据,得到了炉膛边界传热的热流密度,从而获得生活垃圾焚烧炉炉膛四周炉墙散热量对焚烧效率的影响,以及影响炉排片运行温度的因素,结果表明:焚烧炉炉墙方向的热流密度在219~1137 W/m^(2)之间,炉膛散热损失约占焚烧炉总热输出为0.41%;焚烧炉炉排片方向的热流密度在1774~6628 W/m^(2)之间,通过降低一次风温、增加料层厚度可有效降低炉排片的运行温度,在炉排燃烧区域热流密度范围内,一次风温每下降10℃,炉排片温度可下降5-7℃。Municipal solid waste incinerator is the main facility for harmless disposal of municipal solid waste in China.By analyzing the heat transfer process in the direction of the furnace wall and the grate bar and measuring operational data at the project,the heat flux density of the heat transfer at the boundary of the furnace was obtained,so as to obtain the effect of the heat dissipation of the furnace wall of incinerator on the incineration efficiency,and the factors that affect the operational temperature of the grate bar,the results showed that the heat flux density in the direction of furnace wall is 219~1137 W/m^(2) and the heat dissipation loss of the furnace accounted for about 0.41%of the total heat output of the incinerator;the heat flux density in the direction of grate bar is 1774~6628 W/m^(2),by reducing the primary air temperature and increasing the thickness of the fuel layer could effectively reduce the operating temperature of the grate bar,in the range of heat flux density of grate combustion section,for every 10℃drop in primary air temperature,the grate bar temperature could drop by 5~7℃.
