摘 要:闭式冷却水是电厂重要的冷却水源,该系统的安全运行对整个机组十分重要。为确保机组冷却水源持续稳定,发电厂多选择两台或多台闭冷水泵交替启停,而现场运行发现水泵投切过程中因管道空气排放不尽,易导致系统另一侧板式冷油器中的冷却介质压力波动,甚至导致备用泵自启。本文就50 MW机组的冷却水系统展开研究,发现在切换过程中出现部分空气进入闭式水系统,由此导致水泵出口母管压力突降,针对此现象提出一种计算模型,在研究定量的空气对水泵压头影响的同时,分析投切过程中带来压力波动的原因,并对如何防止该现象的发生制定相应的对策,经现场实施试验,证明了相关改造的可行性。Closed cooling water is an important cooling water source in power plant,and the safe operation of the system is very important for the whole unit.In order to ensure the continuous stability of the cooling water source of the unit,the power plant often selects two or more closed cooling water pumps to start and stop alternately.However,it is found in the on-site operation that the pressure fluctuation of the cooling medium in the plate type oil cooler on the other side of the system is easy to be caused due to the incomplete discharge of air in the pipeline during the operation of the water pump,and even the self start of the standby pump may be caused.In this paper,the cooling water system of 50 MW unit is studied,and it is found that some air enters the closed water system during the switching process,which leads to a sudden drop in the pressure of the main pipe at the outlet of the water pump.A calculation model is proposed for this phenomenon.While studying the influence of quantitative air on the pressure head of the water pump,the causes of pressure fluctuations during the switching process are analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures are formulated for how to prevent this phenomenon.After on-site implementation tests,It proves the feasibility of relevant transformation.
