摘  要:高超飞行器的热管理技术对飞行器的性能具有重要的影响。本文研究了航空发动机中燃-滑油印刷板式换热器流道的布置方式,并根据基于田口方法得到了最佳的流道布置方式。首先本文在简化的研究模型的基础上给出了评价换热器的性能指标,接着探究了不同工况对换热芯内部流动与换热特性的影响,以及不同影响因素对于换热芯综合性能的影响程度的区别。最后采用正交实验结合信噪比的研究方法对模拟结果进行了分析,建立了完整的预测方法,可以不通过全面的对比分析与模拟便可较为准确的预测最佳流道布置,从而实现了最大程度的节约资源的目的。The thermal management technology of superaircraft has an important impact on the performance of aircraft.In this paper,the arrangement of flow passage of fuel-lubricating oil printed circuit heat exchanger in aero-engine is studied.The best flow channel arrangement is obtained based on the Taguchi method.First of all,this paper gives the performance index of the heat exchanger on the basis of the simplified research model,and then explores the influence of different working conditions on the internal flow and heat transfer characteristics of the heat exchanger core and the difference of the influence degree of different influence factors on the comprehensive performance of the heat exchanger core.Finally,the simulation results are analyzed by orthogonal experiment combined with the research method of signal-to-noise ratio.A complete prediction method is established.The optimal runner layout can be predicted more accurately without comprehensive comparative analysis and simulation so as to achieve the purpose of maximum resource saving.
