摘 要:目前茶树重修剪主要采用背负式盘割灌机,单行茶蓬的横向工作面需经多次修剪才能完成,作业效率较传统纯人工劈砍方式虽有较大提升,但修剪后的茶树蓬面存在整齐度差且切口易出现撕裂、不齐等情况。基于此,设计了一种电动茶树重修剪机,并对其性能进行了田间试验。试验结果表明,机具的撕裂率为4.6%,漏剪率为3.2%,达到茶树蓬面重修剪的农艺要求。Heavy pruning of tea tree mainly adopts knapsack plate cutting machine.The transverse working face of a single-row tea canopy needs to be trimmed for many times before it can be completed.Although the operating efficiency is greatly improved compared with the traditional pure manual chopping method,the pruned tea canopy surface has poor regularity and the incision is prone to tearing and irregularities,which is not conducive to the next round of tea germination.An electric heavy trimmer of tea tree was designed and its performance was tested in the field.The results show that the tearing rate of the machine is 4.6%and the missing shear rate is 3.2%,which can meet the agronomic requirements of heavy pruning of tea canopy.
