摘 要:建立了锂离子电池水冷结构的初始模型,利用计算流体力学(CFD)理论,用Fluent软件对温度和流场进行了模拟。根据仿真结果,考虑到流体输入速度和流体输入方向2个因素,进行了多目标优化。以最大电池温度和最大温差最小化为目标,经过多次迭代后得到局部最优。流体输入速度应为0.02 m/s,流体输入方向为异向流动。与原模型相比,优化后的模型最大电池温度降低为300.214 K,降低了8.36%,最大温差降低为0.203 K。An initial model of the water-cooled structure of a lithium-ion battery was established and the temperature and flow fields were simulated with Fluent software using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)theory.Based on the simulation results,a multi-objective optimization was carried out taking into account two factors such as fluid input velocity and fluid input direction.The maximum cell temperature and temperature difference minimization were taken as the objectives,and the local optimum was obtained after several iterations:The fluid input velocity should be 0.02 m/s and the fluid input direction be staggered anisotropic flow.Compared with the original model,the maximum cell temperature of the optimized model is reduced to 300.214 K,which is 8.36%lower,and the temperature difference is reduced to 0.203 K.
