基于统计装载机前车架的故障分析研究

摘　　要：统计一段时间内装载机前车架的故障部位、失效累计工作时间、机型、地域等关键信息,获得一个统计样本,对样本进行基于统计学的系统性分析和研究。分析研究表明,前车架的故障有很强的规律性,大多数的故障失效属于典型的疲劳失效形式,也有相当一部分符合冲击失效形式,还有极少数的故障属于偶发性失效形式。失效形式与车型、故障部位、失效累计工作时间以及地域等均有一定的关联性。The key information of the front frame of the loader in a period of time,such as the failure position,accumulated working time of failure,model,region,etc.,is collected to obtain a statistical sample,and the sample is systematically analyzed and studied based on statistics.The analysis shows that the failure of the front frame has a strong regularity,and most of the failures are typical fatigue failure forms.A considerable part of them conform to the impact failure form;In addition,a very small number of failures belong to the form of accidental failure.The failure mode is related to vehicle type,failure location,failure cumulative working time and region.
