摘 要:随着我国基建速度增加,混凝土的用量也快速增长,混凝土拥有强度高、耐久性好、制作简单和原材料来源广泛等优点,在建设事业中扮演越来越重要的角色。细集料是混凝土的主要组成材料之一,由于细集料品种、用量、性能等的不同直接影响着混凝土的强度、流动性、耐久性和减水率。论文以砂胶比为3∶1的情况下,分别开展细度模数河砂试验,水泥C1与减水剂W1-W7的不同细度模数下水泥减水剂减水率和净浆流动度;以不同细度模数与砂胶比的关系开展不同细度模数的砂与砂胶比对减水剂减水率变化规律研究;以及不同砂类、含粉量、含泥量对减水率变化趋势,得出其影响规律。With the increase of infrastructure construction in China,the amount of concrete is also growing rapidly.Concrete has the advantages of high strength,good durability,simple manufacture and wide sources of raw materials,and plays a more and more important role in construction.Fine aggregate is one of the main constituent materials of concrete.Due to the different types,dosage and properties of fine aggregate,it directly affects the strength,fluidity,durability and water reduction rate of concrete.In this paper,under the condition of sand binder ratio of 3∶1,the fineness modulus river sand test is carried out respectively.Under the different fineness modulus of cement C1 and water reducing agent W1-W7,the water reducing rate of cement water reducing agent and the fluidity of purified slurry are studied;Based on the relationship between different fineness modulus and sand binder ratio,the variation law of water reducing rate of water reducing agent with different fineness modulus is carried out;and the change trend of different sand types,powder content and mud content on water reduction rate,and its influence law is obtained.
