摘　　要：论文通过对湖北省宜昌市范围内住宅装饰装修管理的现状进行分析,提出目前在现场管理和行业管理层面上住宅装饰装修管理中所面临的若干问题,深入分析了产生问题的原因,结合已经进行的一些尝试,探讨了解决问题的办法,为解决和处理住宅装饰装修管理方面的类似问题提出了思路。This paper analyzes the current situation of residential decoration and decoration management in Yichang city of Hubei Province,and puts forward some problems faced by the on-site management and the management level of the industry,the causes of the problems are analyzed in depth,combined with some attempts already made,this paper also probes into the ways to solve the problems,and puts forward some ideas for solving and dealing with similar problems in the management of residential decoration.
