摘 要:本文于2020年10月和2021年3月分别对长江口及其邻近海域中二甲基硫(DMS)和二甲基巯基丙酸内盐(DMSP)的浓度分布特征及其与环境参数之间的关系进行了调查研究,并通过船基培养实验探究了海水酸化和不同营养盐比值对DMS和DMSP生物生产的影响。结果表明,秋季长江口表层海水中DMS、溶解态DMSP(DMSPd)和颗粒态DMSP(DMSPp)的平均浓度分别为2.91(0.06~16.10)、1.95(0.04~7.59)和15.44(0.39~80.02)nmol·L^(-1),冬季长江口表层海水中DMS、DMSPd和DMSPp的平均浓度分别为0.70(0.04~7.29)、1.80(0.15~4.24)和13.21(0.72~42.40)nmol·L^(-1)。秋季调查海域中DMS、DMSPd和DMSPp的浓度分布受浮游植物影响显著,浓度分布特征表现为由表层向底层逐渐降低,而冬季DMS、DMSPd和DMSPp均未表现出与浮游植物生物量的相关性,其分布主要受到温度的影响,在表层和底层均观测到浓度高值。船基培养实验结果表明,在pH为7.8的条件下,海水酸化会抑制DMS和DMSP的生成,但在N/P营养盐添加比为16和32时,营养盐的添加会抵消这种抑制作用。在酸化条件下,DMS和DMSP的平均浓度分别降低了16%和7%;二甲基硫化物的浓度在营养盐N/P比值为32时最高。The horizontal and vertical distribution characteristics of dimethylsulfide(DMS)and dimethylsulfoniopropionate(DMSP)and their environmental control factors were investigated in the Changjiang River Estuary during two cruises in October 2020(autumn)and March 2021(winter).Meanwhile,a ship-based incubation experiment was conducted to study the response of DMSP and DMS to ocean acidification(OA)and nutrient input.The average surface concentrations of DMS,dissolved DMSP(DMSPd)and particulate DMSP(DMSPp)were 2.91,1.95 and 15.44 nmol·L^(-1)in autumn,and 0.70,1.80 and 13.21 nmol·L^(-1)in winter,respectively.In autumn,the concentrations of DMSPp,DMSPd and DMS showed a decreasing trend from the surface to the bottom and showed a significant correlation with Chl a.However,the correlations between biogenic dimethylated sulfur compounds and Chl a disappeared in winter.High levels of DMSPp,DMSPd and DMS were observed in both surface and bottom seawater.The results of the ship-based incubation experiment showed that the OA inhibited the production of dimethylated sulfur compounds when pH was 7.8.In addition,the inhibition was offset when the ratios of nitrate to phosphate addition were 16 and 32.In the OA treatment,the concentrations of DMS and DMSP decreased by 16%and 7%compared with the control.Nutrient input could offset the OA’s inhibition,and the concentrations of DMS and DMSP showed the highest level when the ratio of nitrate to phosphate was 32.
