摘 要:本文依据扩散传质机理推导出溶质跨膜的传质系数模型,设计了一套跨膜传质系数的实验装置,测定了聚乙二醇水溶液在微滤、超滤中的传质系数,探讨了聚乙二醇分子量、溶液初始浓度对传质系数的影响。结果表明:聚乙二醇传质系数与初始浓度正相关,在微滤膜中传质系数与初始浓度间呈线性关系,而在超滤膜中则是非线性的;同一分子量的PEG,其在不同浓度下对应的微滤膜和超滤膜中的传质系数的比值λ近似为常数,且该比值随分子量的增大而增大。In this paper,the mass transfer coefficient model of solute transmembrane is deduced according to the diffusion mass transfer mechanism,a set of experimental device for transmembrane mass transfer coefficient is designed,the mass transfer coefficient of polyethylene glycol solution in microfiltration and ultrafiltration is measured,the effects of polyethylene glycol molecular weight and initial solution concentration on mass transfer coefficient are discussed,and the relationship between mass transfer coefficient,molecular weight and solution concentration is fitted.The results show that the mass transfer coefficient of polyethylene glycol is linear with the initial concentration,the relationship between them is nonlinear in the ultrafiltration process,and the mass transfer coefficient increases with the increase of the initial concentration;The ratio of mass transfer coefficient in microfiltration and ultrafiltration under the same molecular weight and different concentration is approximately constant,and the ratio increases with the increase of molecular weight.
