摘 要:本文研究烟台高新技术产业开发区马山寨以西海岸带整治修复工程的绩效情况,基于平衡计分卡理论,从财务层面、风险控制层面、利益相关者层面和可持续发展层面构建评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法和模糊评价法对其绩效进行综合评价。研究结果显示,该工程综合评估结果为良好,并且其可持续发展能力较强。Coastal erosion has caused damage to coastal engineering,which seriously threatens people's production and life.It is of great significance to evaluate the performance of coastal protection engineering.In this paper,the performance situation of the renovation engineering of coastal zone in the west of Mashanzhai of Yantai high-tech industry development zone was studied,the evaluation index system was constructed from the aspects of finance,risk control level,stakeholder level and sustainable deve-lopment level based on the balanced score card theory,and the comprehensive evaluation of its perfor-mance was carried on by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation method.The research results show that the comprehensive evaluation result of the project is good,and its sustainable development ability is strong.
