摘  要:针对家庭厨余能源浪费严重的现状,提出集成层次分析法(AHP)与发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)的设计策略模型,从而为设计家庭厨余智能回收产品提供理论依据和指导。通过调研确定家庭厨余回收产品的功能需求指标,并根据情感设计三层次理论对需求进行层次分级,共计得出准则层1级指标5个,2级指标22个;运用AHP法计算获得各评价指标的重要性权重。根据优先的用户需求匹配相应的技术方案,运用TRIZ的发明原理为技术方案中的冲突问题寻找最优解。通过二者方法的结合,实现家庭厨余智能回收产品的设计创新,从多理论结合的角度为可持续智能产品开发提供新思路。Aiming at serious situation of household food waste resources,a design strategy model was proposed integrated AHP and TRIZ to provide theoretical basis and design guidance for household food waste recycling products.The function requirement index of household food waste recycling product were determined through investigations.5 criteria in level 1 index and 22 sub-criteria in level 2 index were obtained according to three-level theory of emotional design to ranking.The weight of each evaluation index was determined using the AHP method.TRIZ invention principles were used to find the optimal solution for the contradictions according to the priority user requirement matching corresponding technical solution.The design innovation of intelligent recycling product for household food waste was realized combined with these two methods.It provided new ideas for the development of sustainable intelligent products from the perspective of multi-theory integration.
