摘  要:为提高瓦楞纸板生产线造型设计的安全性并更好地把握复杂多变的用户需求,避免设计过程中出现片面、主观的问题。以某企业JETS400瓦楞纸板生产线为例,提出基于眼动追踪技术与模糊Kano模型的集成创新设计方法。通过眼动试验得到被试者的眼动数据,分析被试者对瓦楞纸板生产线造型的视觉关注程度,运用逆推的方式找出生产线被设计者疏忽的区域,并利用模糊Kano模型区分设计要素间的主次,指导生产线造型的保护设计,提高安全性和改进设计方案。结合眼动试验和模糊Kano模型,找出生产线的危险区域和主要的安全设计要素,对瓦楞纸板生产线的造型安全设计提供了新的思路和参考。In order to improve the safety of modeling design of corrugated board production line and grasp complicate and various user requirements,avoid one-sided and subjective issues in the design process,a JETS400 corrugated board production line was taken as an example to propose an integrated innovative design method based on eye tracking technology and fuzzy Kano model.The eye movement data of the subjects was obtained through eye movement tests.The subjects’visual attention on the shape of the corrugated board production line was analyzed.The area of production line neglected by designer was found using backward deduction.The fuzzy Kano model was used to distinguish primary and secondary design elements,so as to guide the protection design of production line modeling and improve the safety and design scheme.The dangerous area and main safety design elements of the production line were found out combined with eye movement test and fuzzy Kano model.This could provide new ideas and references for the modeling safety design of corrugated cardboard production line.
