摘  要:自Arduengo在1991年首次成功分离到稳定的游离N-杂环卡宾化合物(NHC)以来,其作为过渡金属配合物新型配体的研究得到迅猛发展。NHC金属配合物除了在催化、合成和材料等方面得到广泛应用外,在治疗方面的应用也值得特别关注。近年来研究发现,NHC-金属配合物在抗肿瘤和抗微生物方面展现出良好的生物活性,具有巨大应用前景。基于此,本文就NHC-金(Au)、NHC-银(Ag)、NHC-钯(Pd)、NHC-铂的抗恶性肿瘤增殖活性及NHC-Au、NHC-Ag、NHC-Pd的抗微生物活性进行简要综述。Since Arduengo’s first successful isolation of stable free N-heterocyclic carbinol compounds(NHC)in 1991,its research as a novel ligand for transition metal complexes has developed rapidly.NHC metal complexes deserve special attention for their therapeutic applications in addition to their wide range of applications in catalysis,synthesis and materials.Recent studies have revealed that NHC-metal complexes exhibit good biological activities in anti-tumor and anti-microbial aspects and have great application prospects.Based on this,a brief review of the anti-malignant proliferative activity of NHC-gold(Au),NHC-silver(Ag),NHC-palladium(Pd),and NHC-platinum and the anti-microbial activity of NHC-Au,NHC-Ag,and NHC-Pd is presented.
