摘　　要：目的探讨机器人辅助下前列腺癌根治术患者的围手术期护理干预措施及效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年8月在广西医科大学第一附属医院接受根治术治疗的前列腺癌患者74例,经随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予精细围手术期护理干预。干预后观察两组相关手术指标及患者术后并发症发生、生活质量改善情况。结果干预后,观察组手术时间及术后排除、术后拔管、住院时间均短于对照组,出血量和手术费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组生存质量测定量表简表评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌患者接受机器人辅助下根治术治疗期间,加强精细围手术期护理干预,可缩短患者康复进程,有助于其生活质量改善。Objective To explore the perioperative nursing intervention measures and effect of robot assisted radical prostatectomy.Methods A total of 74 prostate cancer patients who underwent radical resection in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from July 2020 to August 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given fine perioperative nursing intervention.After intervention,the relevant surgical indicators,postoperative complications,and the improvement of quality of life were observed in the two groups.Results After intervention,operation time,postoperative exclusion,extubation,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of blood loss,and operation cost were less than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of short form of quality of life measurement scale of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of prostate cancer patients undergoing robot assisted radical resection,strengthen fine perioperative nursing intervention,can shorten the rehabilitation process of patients and help to improve their quality of life.
