摘　　要：目的对比不同方法对外来器械的清洗质量的评价效果,完善清洗质量检查方法和体系。方法抽取云南省第一人民医院外来器械,共110件分为5组(A、B、C、D、E),分别对各组进行外表面ATP荧光检测、蛋白残留检测;同时筛选出管腔器械,进行内表面可视化腔镜系统检测,对检测结果进行量化评分及统计分析。结果ATP荧光检测结果显示,外来器械接收时合格率为(29.10±6.16)%,经清洗后合格率为(93.65±4.63)%;蛋白残留检测结果显示,接收时合格率为(46.60±10.33)%,清洗后合格率为(81.80±11.14)%;腔镜检测结果显示,锈斑、污渍、划痕等问题较为严重,经清洗后仍得不到改善,血迹、毛絮在经清洗后得到改善。结论外来器械清洗质量有待提高,可视化腔镜通道检查系统可以作为管腔型外来器械清洗检查的日常工具。OBJECTIVE To compare the cleaning quality of different methods on the loaner orthopedic instrumentation,in order to improve quality supervision of cleaning method and system.METHODS A total of 110 loaner orthopedic instrumentation in the First People Hospital of Yunnan Province were divided into five groups(A、B、C、D、E),and their external surfaces were conducted by ATP fluorescence detection and protein residue detection.Lumen instruments were selected for the inner surface visualization endoscopic system detection,and the detection results were quantitatively scored and statistically analyzed.RESULTS ATP fluorescence detection showed that the average qualified rate of loaner orthopedic instrumentation was(29.10±6.16)%after being received,and that was(93.65±4.63)%after being cleaned.Protein residue detection showed that the pass rate was(46.60±10.33)%after being received and that was(81.80±11.14)%after being cleaned.The results of endoscopy showed that rust spots,stains,scratches and other serious problems were obvious and could not be improved after being cleaned,while blood stains and flocs disappeared after being cleaned.CONCLUSION The cleaning quality of borrowed instruments needs to be improved,and the visualized endoscopy inspection system can be used as a daily tool for the cleaning and inspection of loaner orthopedic instrumentation.
